The Ripple Rock Gem and Mineral Club offers its members many benefits.
The club meets at 6:30, the 2nd Friday of each month (except July & Aug.) in the Craft Room at the Community Centre, 401-11th Ave., downtown Campbell River. Guests are always welcome! After each meeting, we have entertainment related to the many facets of the lapidary hobby. |
The Club has a fully equipped workshop for lapidary work. New members must take a training course to learn lapidary arts and equipment use before access to the shop is allowed. There is a minimal charge for use of the equipment. |
The Wagon Master organizes several family friendly field trips and camps throughout the year. |
The Bugle is the Club’s monthly newsletter. It keeps members informed about upcoming meetings, field trips, camps, activities, resources, member profiles, information for Juniors, shows, and which members are welcome to attend. |
MEMBERSHIP FEES
- Single membership, 18+ years : $15
- Family membership, 2 adults and children under 18 years: $25
- Due each December 31st.
- Good from January to December
- Shop training charge per person $40
